We can offer spars made in-house to the following specifications:

Mast.
Lightweight masthead with backstay crane and main halyard sheave
Ball-bearing spinnaker, genoa and pole lift sheaves
Spinnaker crane
T terminal forestay, upper and lower shroud anchorages
Strong spreader bracket providing spreader pivot and spreader uplift
Aerofoil spreaders with end clamps
Spiro pole launch bracket
Sail entry and halyard exit slots cut
Strong gooseneck with square or round pin
Thru-deck side support chafe plates
Main halyard rack.
Kicker tang supplied loose
Tenon-style mast foot.

Boom.
Lightweight section.
Rear end fitting with outhaul sheave
Front end fitting with tack pin, sail entry and entry to accept square or round gooseneck pin
Under-boom sliders for kicker and 2 mainsheet attachments
Outhaul system providing 4:1purchase and terminating in cleat under boom.

As an optional extra, we can supply facilities to accept rope-control spinnaker pole launch and on-boom stowage.

Anodised parallel alloy tube 32mm.
Z Spars piston outboard end
Ball-type inboard end to suit Spiro launch bracket with control rope and shockcord attachment point
Deck eyes at outboard end for pole up and downhaul.
